Client Background

A mid-sized operator, originally operating under a white-label setup, decided to move to a turnkey model and build its own platform. Due to regulation changes and a shift in strategic target markets, the operator had to migrate from its existing payment orchestration provider to a new one in a very short time.This urgent transition needed to be handled carefully to avoid downtime and losing players. 


The Challenge

  • The new orchestration platform worked differently from the old one, with different systems and flows.
  • Several PSPs the client relied on were not yet integrated into the new orchestration.
